Terms of service

Last updated: July 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of ownyourclick.com and app.ownyourclick.com (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

ownyourclick provides trackable short links, UTM links, bio pages, QR codes, and first-party click and conversion analytics. We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is", without uptime guarantees on free plans.

Your account

You're responsible for your credentials and for everything done in your workspace. Keep API keys secret; anything done with your key counts as done by you.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to link to malware, phishing, or illegal content; to send spam; to mislead people about a link's destination; or to violate others' rights. We may pause or remove links and suspend accounts that do — abusive links harm every customer sharing our domains.

Plans, billing & changes

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our merchant of record (Kelviq), who is the seller of record and handles taxes. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. If you downgrade or a subscription lapses, links over your new limit are paused, never deleted. Refunds are covered by the refund policy. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.

Your data

Your links and analytics are yours. We use them only to run the Service (see the privacy policy). You can export your data at any time via CSV or the API.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the content of pages your links point to.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that break these terms; where reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
