The short version
If ownyourclick isn't working out within your first 7 days on a paid plan, email us and we'll refund you in full — no interrogation.
Details
- First purchase, within 7 days: full refund on request, monthly or annual.
- Renewals: renewals aren't automatically refundable, but if a renewal just went through and you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days and we'll sort it out.
- Cancelling: you can cancel any time from Billing — you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews after.
- After a refund or downgrade: links over the Free plan's limit are paused, never deleted, and all your analytics history is kept.
Refunds are processed by our merchant of record (Kelviq) back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. To request one: agneljohn@errormakesclever.com from your account email.
